“Nicecream” relativno je novi trend u zdravoj kuhinji, a zapravo je riječ o sladoledu koji za bazu ima zamrznuto voće. Kao baza najčešće se koristi banana zbog svoje kremoznosti i okusa koji se odlično slaže sa svim drugim dodatcima. Recepte koje mi obožavamo potražite ovdje i ovdje, a inspiraciju za ekperimentiranje zasigurno ćete pronaći na Instagram profilu veganske kuharice Line Saber (@tropicallylina) koja je ovu vrstu pripreme sladoleda pretvorila u pravu malu umjetnost. Heavenly ‘Banilla’ Nicecream for the weekend ☁️ So nourishing and dairy free, as always! Made this with fro nanas, coco cream and vanilla extract. I’ve shared the recipe for this one below. Rad lil’ tip: If you don’t like the taste of coconut milk I find an awesome substitute is overnight-soaked cashews in equal amount and replace the coconut cream with a teaspoon of organic guar gum powder! It still tastes just as creamy and so delicious!
Rainbow smoothie stackin’ which layer do you like most? All thanks to fruits and freeze dried superfoods powders! The Recipe: Red: 1 cup of frozen strawberries + 1 frozen banana Orange: 1/2 cup of papaya chunks + 1 fro nana Yellow: 1/4 cup of pineapple chunks + 1 fro nana Green: 1 tsp. of spirulina powder + 1 fro nana Purple: 1 cup of frozen blueberries + 1 fro nana Blended and layered each one separately. ~2 mins for each layer So thick and delich, all one needs is a spoon to dig in to this one! Bluebs Nicecream Smoothie Bowl with the freckled trio and a scoop of homemade blueberry choc @nicecream This bowl is my all time favorite flavor! The base was blended blueberries, fro nanas and acai powder. I topped it off with coconut shreds, fro blueberries, cashew based rawnola, dragon fruit balls, and carob chips. This was a Minty Coconut Choc Nourishing N’icecream All my nicecreams are gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free and of course guilt free! Recipe: 1 can coconut milk (chilled for 10 mins) 1 scoop of coconut cream 1 cup meat of a young coconut 1/2 tsp. peppermint oil or fresh mint leaves pinch of spirulina Blend away in the blender until nice n’ creamy, then pour it in an ice cube tray. Freeze overnight or 6 hours, pop the cubes in your blender, blend away, scoop, and shred some raw vegan chocolate of your choice! Cheers! #radplantlife #letscookvegan #nicecream #glutenfree
This creamy Coconut N’icecream ✨ (Recipe below) is not only made with whole fresh coconut but also served in its shell, which parallels well with what @Ford is doing in the sustainability space. They’re using biomaterials we wouldn’t think could be utilized in the manufacturing process, such as the coconut husk, to build cars for our environment. Coconut coir, made from coconut husks, is used in the trunk mats of some vehicles, including the Ford Focus Electric. So innovative! The Recipe: Ingredients: 3 ¼ cups or 2 cans (13 oz.) of original whole coconut milk 5 Tbsp. of maple syrup or coconut nectar 1 tsp. of coconut extract Optional for extra creaminess: 2 Tbsp. of premium coconut cream (Check My IG Story to see which I use) 1 tbsp. organic guar gum powder How to Make: 1. Chill the can of coconut milk upside down in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. Scoop out the thick coconut milk from the cans (discard the liquid found in the base of the can). 2. Add all the ingredients listed in a high-speed blender or food processor and blend away. Taste and add more syrup for desired sweetness. 3. Pour it into a freezer safe container. Chill in the freezer for 1 hour and then churn according to your ice cream machine instructions. 4. Serve in a cracked coconut and top with fruit: raspberry and kiwifruit. No ice-cream machine? No Worries! Every 30 minutes for 2 hours remove the nicecream from the freezer and stir rapidly. Pop it back and repeat until firm. Freeze for at least 6-7 hours.
